Derek left the station and headed for the old mansion. He didn't even want to think about the criminal and his pretentious cries. But for records sake, he would need Luke to confirm if it indeed is him.

One of the officers dropped him off at the entrance of the mansion. When the security at the gates saw him at the backseat, he quickly opened the gate to let them in. After muttering a thanks to the officer, he sauntered into the mansion.

Derek went directly to Joshua's room to check on him. Before he could knock on his door, it opened and Esther was just about stepping out with a tray in her hand.

"Boss?" She was a bit surprised to see him since she wasn't expecting his return at that time.

"Can I come in?" Derek asked.

"Sure, boss. I was even stepping out. He just finished eating." Esther said and made way for Derek to get inside the room. "Do you need anything, boss? Water? Juice?"
