บท 83: 83. Nice smile

After about 30 minutes, Dwayne came up to him.

"Sir. I believe we can set off now." He said to Derek who had his arm swang over his eyes as he relaxed on the couch, his head lolled back and facing up.

He removed his arm and sighed before getting up. He needed to check on the women to ensure their safety once the jet took off.

He first checked on Charlotte. With a knock, she came out.

"We'll be taking off in 10 minutes." He announced.

"Oh... okay. Um.... please, is there something I should do or not do? This is my first time on an aircraft." She chuckled and Derek smiled. He could tell it was indeed her first time.

"Let me show you. I hope you don't mind me coming inside?"

"Oh, not at all." Charlotte said, impressed with the way he respected people's privacy. Her respect for him doubled that instant.
