Dearma was born of lightening, the only reason he remained alive was due to the grogginess of his opponent which led to him facing simpler attacks, but that was it, the most Dearma could do was survive against the absurd onslaught of his opponent might not know how to use his domain, but he still overpowered Dearma with broken attacks that completely overwhelmed him. 

"Dragon is it?" Dearma shouted while turning into lightning and teleporting in the area using his domain. "I always wanted to hunt a dragon." Even without arms, there was no impact on Dearma's strength, for in a battle of their level, weapons, tools artifacts, and even limbs turn redundant. It's the personal strength that matters. The powers one can muster, and Dearma could muster all the power that he could in the past and some more.
