The Vice President of the Blood Spirit Association, Dino, had fallen during the first battle between Casio's trio and the Ghost Knife. It was Casio who had personally killed him.

The President of the Blood Spirit Association, Lian, had absorbed all the Dead Blood during the last Retrospection's final battle, forming a powerful Resonance Body. He fought fiercely alongside Casio, who was in his Demon Idol state, until Lian was finally crushed to death by a road roller.

Lian's death was, indeed, the most miserable among them. His entire body was blasted into mud by brutal force, with his muscles and skeletal system mushed into a lump.

Casio, however, had benefitted from the battle, absorbing life vibration energy collected from the Dead Blood of the entire Blood Spirit Association. One could say he had used President Lian as a stepping stone.
