Cain channeled the power of the Oniric Truth of Gluttony, and in the next moment, a massive vortex-like force field emerged from his body, expanding in all directions. 

The lightning serpents sensed the surge of power in the scarlet dragon, and while many grew wary, their numbers and bestial instincts drove them to strike. They rose from the water, flashing toward Cain with lethal intent, their maws open.

The scarlet dragon's eyes glowed with a cold, calculating light as he observed the lightning serpents diving toward him, his smile growing more brutal and ruthless. His gaze sharpened as his force field expanded, encompassing the entire area. In an instant, all the clouds, energy, and even the very air within the force field were drawn into the massive scarlet dragon's body.
