บท 59: CHAPTER 59 How Many More

　　The meeting was exhausting, and Adam and I chose to spend the rest of the day in our quarters. I read a book while he attended to the documents. Margret and Bianca came to report the outcome of their task to Adam, but he told me to handle it.

　　"Good afternoon Luna," Margret said with the utmost respect, and I waited for Bianca to greet me too.

　　I remembered how the woman had treated me and how mean she was to me. She told me never to look her in the eyes. I wondered how stupid she felt right now.

　　" You can't greet?" I finally asked her, and she quickly curtsied and greeted me. I could feel her shame, but the deed was done, and she could take none of it back.

　　Adam came out of the bedroom to see them.

　　" Margaret, Bianca," He said, and they greeted him.

　　" I need to check on something," He said and kissed me on the cheek before living the apartment. He seemed a bit worried, but I decided not to ask him.
