บท 314: A Talk with Bane

Pain. That was the first thing I felt. I'm not sure if what was from the burning sensation that bolt gave, or maybe the fact that the chair I was sitting on was quite mobile.

But I doubt I was on some waterbed chair, and instead I was on a boat. I opened my eyes, and there was only gray. Gray walls, gray floors, gray lights that made it even more grayer. The only thing that wasn't gray was the brown chair in front of me and this weird machine that I was sitting on.

I looked up, as my brain exploded in realization.

The Xeno. That's why the BMO were also making it. To help the entire MSTO! They were going to snatch spies with Perks, take them away, and make themselves even more powerful.

Pretty smart idea, not gonna lie.

Then, suddenly the walls manifested a window covering that slid up to the top, allowing me to see the person behind it.

"Hello, Connor!" Luthor Bane said with a chuckle. "Enjoying yourself?"
