*Third POV*

Rather than the birth broach, a dead birth is placed inside the box. Feeling her breath catch in her throat. The feeling of her rapid heartbeat against her chest, a straight shiver, passes through her.

The feeling of her hands trembling as she holds the gift in between the palm of her hand.

'No noonooooo please it can't be how it is even possible? I-I gained most of the likeable points of them?' almost gagging at the smell as one of the maids dares to step forward taking the gift from her hand. Particularly, apologizing and running out of the room as fast as she can.

'The death birth… the death birth only means one thing gulping in response

"I'm in bad ending of Koishi. But how?"

"What the hell is this?" Koishi asked, staring down at the gift box right in front of him on the bed. While holding the teddy closer to his chest, his head reacted upon it. For some unknown reason, the teddy did give some kind of confrontation from the uneasy feeling in his chest.
