"Correct," Master Ceeran nodded. "Once you create a set of such techniques, you need only present them in the annual fiscal budget meeting that will occur in half a year. If they earn the approval of the constituent members, then you will gain some support and will secure yourself a handsome budget that will be used to promote and spread your Martial Path. However, if you don't care for the little budget politics, then you can spend your own money."
