Jerusalem, Market square
Night time.
It was a somber mood in the Jerusalem market square. Yesterday evening during a peaceful demonstration against the harsh governance of the market by the Fatimid ruler Khameni Ahamed, the soldiers and protestors turned violent which turned the whole market and part of the surrounding areas into a battlefield.
Soldiers hunted down protestors with extreme prejudice, and the protestors in turn lashed out at the soldiers whenever they got a chance. The soldiers did not have numbers on their side, they were outnumbered ten to one but they made up for this deficiency by being well-equipped, organized, and above all skillful in fighting large numbers of people who were not skillful or well organized.
