บท 204: A simple gift

"That's hit the spot," Lilian commented while chewing on the black tapioca balls from the milk tea. 

Agreeing with Lilian, Phoenix bobbed her head.

"You've got everything for everyone, right?" Lilian asked to be sure. 

"Yes. I just need to find a gift for Ashton," Phoenix said. 

Lilian looked at the time from her phone screen, "Well…"

Phoenix cut Lilian's, "It's fine, Lilian. It's already time to get off work. You can proceed with your plans. I'll be fine on my own," Phoenix dismissed Lilian. 

It was already nice enough for Lilian to accompany her today, and she already owed Lilian so much with the latter's advice and other things.

They were walking towards the entrance of the mall where Phoenix's driver was waiting for them.

The driver helped to unload the gifts that Phoenix had bought today into the car trunk.

Since they had come together, Lilian had left her car at the company parking lot.
