"I see... Then I will make sure to train you well. Starting tomorrow, you will begin training on chakra control. I will release a part of your seal to allow you to slowly learn to control the large amount of chakra you have in your body. But let me make myself clear. This training will not be easy. You may end up hating me in the end." Since Yuki asked for it, Jiraiya planned to change her training regime to something stricter.
"I will fully welcome it." Yuki clenched her fists. She was thankful she was not kicked out of the house. She was also thankful that Jiraiya was still willing to train her and even give her the kind of training she was hoping for.
"Good. I will hold you to your answer today. So no crying tomorrow when you can't take any more." Jiraiya said teasingly. He couldn't help but try to scare the little girl some when he saw how serious her expression was. He was not sure if he fully believed her story. But he did know one thing. The little girl in front of him was not any little girl. He just hoped he was not making a mistake on this day.
Yuki was not lazy. Even though Jiraiya told her to relax, she did not do that. She went outside and began jogging up and down the stairs. She just ate a lot of meat and wanted to make sure all the nutrients that it gave were not being wasted. She only made a few rounds up and down the stairs before her small body began to grow tired, causing her to slow down quite a bit. Sweat dripped from her brow as she struggled to climb up the stairs on her tenth round. When she reached the top, she looked out over the rooftops to see a strange thing floating across the sky. It did not have much of a body, but it did have a large skull head.
Thinking she was seeing things, she reached up and rubbed her eyes. When she looked in the same direction again, she saw that the strange thing had disappeared. Yuki shook her head and slapped her cheeks. "Heatstroke?"
Tilting her head to the side, she tried to understand her current condition. But she did not feel that anything was off. She shook her head and decided to chalk it up to her eyes playing tricks on her after running up and down the stairs for so long. But her training was not done just yet. Once she drank some water, she began doing push-ups. Sadly her little arms could only manage three before she fell onto the floor. But that did not stop her from continuing. She rested a bit before doing three more and then repeated this process until she actually got up to five push-ups.
After that, she began doing situps. Once she was all done, she stretched each limb and massaged her muscles to make sure they would not be too stiff the next day.
After a hot dinner, Jiraiya gave her a long shirt to wear so she could bathe and go to bed. When it came to bedtime, Jiraiya was very thankful that the little girl was not a little girl. She could take care of herself and not need his help with things.
Yuki set her clothes to wash before heading to bed. When she entered the room, she finally felt the weight of her training as her eyes began to sag. 'Looks like I pushed it a bit too far. But that's fine. My body is young and will soon get used to it.'
With a stretch of her arms, Yuki went to the window that looked up at the sky. "An Earth that is not my Earth, huh? If that is the case, I will make the best out of my situation. Luckily I will not need to struggle and have found myself a guardian who will also train me. I will also need to learn about this world's history and other aspects of it as well. I wonder if I can get him to give me some books to read."
As Yuki was lost in thought, she had not noticed the girl with black hair and black clothing, carrying a white sword at her side, had stepped right through her wall and was now standing on top of her bed. "Hmmm? Looks like I got it right."
Yuki froze and quickly went on guard, hearing the unfamiliar voice. She turned around and got into a fighting stance, her eyes falling on the young woman standing in the middle of the bed. What she noticed was that the mattress was not even responding to her body weight at all, as if she was weightless. "Who are you?"
"As I thought, you can see…."
A few seconds later….
"Ow! Why did you kick me!? Wait, no, why can you kick me!?" The black haired young woman was at a loss. She did not understand how this human girl was able to kick her! She was a shinigami! Humans should not be able to see her. Never mind, kick her!
Yep, Yuki was never the patient one. When she asked a question, she expected an answer right then and there. So when the black haired woman did not answer her, she stomped over, climbed on the bed, and kicked her in the shin! "I asked, who are you? Why do you spot nonsense instead of answering?"
"Why is a four year old able to kick so hard!?" The black haired girl was now crouched on the bed, holding her shin with an aggrieved expression.
"Do you want me to kick you again!?" Yuki was getting her foot ready to kick the girl in front of her again when the girl with black hair quickly raised her hands.
"I will tell you, just don't kick me!" The girl with black hair answered while using her hands to protect her shins. "My name is Kuchiki Rukia, I am a shinigami."
