บท 42: Chapter 42 Kurullin vs White
"And now without any further ado. Let the battle begins. Both contestants please come to the stage.
"Do your best out there kurullin? I know you can win" goku encourage his friend who was still lacking in confidence even though he passed through the qualifiers with ease.
"Good luck." white said to kurullin.
"Thanks. " kurullin replied.
"You will need it," he said as he went on to the stage.
"Our contestant kurullin here is the youngest participant in this tournament. At the age of 13. And this fellow here is The contestant White at the same age as him at 13. And now let's see our youthful contestants take the stage in this fight."
The announcer said.
"Wow. Both of them are pretty young" one of the audience said.
"I thought goku was the youngest. I mean he is 12. That guy must have messed up his script somehow " oolong moved the announcer.
"So he is one year older than goku? I thought they were the same age." bulma said.
They didn't know that the only reason why white was older than goku is because of his use of the hyperbolic time chamber.
"Kurullin show him the results of our training " goku said as he supported his friend.
"Let the battle begin "
With the announcement, the battle has officially begun.
"Hya" white gave a low sweep but kurullin jumped into the air to dodge it.
"An opening " white said as he flew into the air to kick kurullin in the guts. In the process knocking him down to the ground.
"Ahhhh" kurullin muttered as he try to recover.
"Just as I thought. The first Dodge was a fluke." white said.
"Don't lose kurullin?" goku yelled out.
Because of his friend's encouragement, kurullin stood up with all the strength that he can gather.
"Here I go." kurullin said as he prepares for his attack. Inside his mind, he knows that If he fails to knock him down he will lose this match up. He already found out that his opponent outclass him from the first few hit that got connected.
Kurullin dashed forward to give rapid punches and kicks but White didn't seem to be bothered by it. He Dodges a few. Parry some and even directly tanks some hits without being bothered by it.
In the back stage.
"Kurullin is going to lose" master roshi who disguises himself as Jackie chan said.
"But it hasn't even been a minute yet," Yamcha said in shock.
"And I am sure that little guy is going to be fine. He is the pupil of the great turtle hermit " Yamcha said with confidence. Unlike master roshi who was experienced enough to distinguish a battle from the very beginning, Yamcha didn't have enough knowledge to see the difference in strength between White and Kurullin.
"I am getting bored let's finish this quick." white said as he started to counterattack kurullin. Although kurullin is a talented seed that can offer him challenge in the future but currently, kurullin is nowhere near his level as current kurullin is not even able to use the Kamehameha. He was just a child who just recently surpasses other human beings by a bit.
"Ring out. And the winner is White" the announcer yelled out.
"Wait that's it"
"What just happened?"
"I know that a kid should not be fighting against martial artists on the big stage "
The audiences were mixed. Some were happy that the fight is over. Some were disappointed because they expected more. Some were sceptical.
But one thing was certain the little bald boy was eliminated by his opponent in just two hits.
