บท 273: Taking Sides

The last guest of honor who was invited to the very exclusive and lavish birthday party that Cynthia Threw for Treasure finally left the mansion, both children had long since said their goodbyes to the guests and went to sleep – John slept alone now while Deborah tucked Treasure in bed on behalf of one of her parents that evening.

The only five people left in the reception hall were George, his parents who sat next to his half-brother, and Henry's date for the occasion.

"Where's Cynthia?" Henry asked George.

He looked left and right, then back at Henry, "She's probably checking with the butler and head maid on how they are planning to handle the aftermath of the party, she said something about that earlier," it was right then when he heard the clicking of her heels, "Here she comes,"

She looked like the perfect seductress showing off her feminine figure in a spectacular silver evening dress that hugged her curves perfectly.
