บท 199: Family Night Out

The last summer days were far behind, and the yellow leaves that swayed with the now harsher wind decorated the streets of Washington DC announcing that it was autumn again.

The coup incident was just as Dimitri and Leonard predicted for it to be, solved by the independent body of intelligence their homeland has. Leonard was there in time for his coronation, an event that both George and Cynthia had to miss. 

Cynthia sipped on her hot cocoa and looked at her aunt who sat next to the window, the two of them were waiting for their husbands at the end of a long working day where Cynthia had to join three back-to-back meetings in Evans-soft.

"All of it is very anticlimactic, don't you think?" She asked.
