"And why would I tell you?" Cecilia's trembling voice lowered in volume. "I don't have anything to lose."
"But you have things to gain," Harriet said back.
Cecilia's eyes widened. Did it mean that Harriet would give her something in return?
"Cecilia, you are not those half-baked villains," Harriet suddenly said. "Your action had no bigger meaning behind them. You are being evil just for the sake of being evil."
"T-that's not true!" Cecilia screamed.
"You know it's true," Harriet said back to her. "What? You wanted to have the world for yourself? Your own personal heaven?"
"Y-yes! That's what I want!"
"But why?" Harriet stared straight into her hateful eyes.
"Because I deserve it!" Cecilia screamed.
"How did you know that? What have you been through that you deserve it? What have you done to deserve it?" Harriet asked her again.
