Bringing the bowl to my lips, I drained the rest of the stew from the container and nodded to myself as I finished off my meal, the beef stock seasoned with a few different spices I had brought along, adding some well needed heat that kept us warm inside, whilst the flames of our campfire kept our skin toasty too.

"Damn... that's rather good for something quick! How'd you learn to cook like this, Miss Katherine?"

Leraie gave me an appreciative nod as she smacked her lips together, the Demoness mirroring me as she finished off her own bowl - albeit with the much more efficient mopping of the broth with her bread.
