Professor Xiant stared at Anput with hard eyes, making the Jackalkin gulp as he sighed.

Jahi narrowed her eyes as she stared at Anput, hope and annoyance warring inside those amethyst eyes of hers.

Leone had pursed her lips, her crimson eyes alternating between Professor Xiant and Anput, her fingers tapping silently against the desk as she awaited the answer.
