Seated alone in the war room, Derek observed the war table in silence, but the frown etched on his face was enough to tell he wasn't pleased with the odds stacked against them.

The terrain of the dwarf empire was not mountainous and treacherous. They were well fortified, filled with traps simply waiting for an unfortunate set of troops to stroll in.

Leading an army of twelve thousand through this terrain made maneuvering through these traps extremely difficult. In fact, Derek was certain he would win the war if he could get his army to the dwarf empire, however, getting his soldiers there seemed to be the problem.

After consuming the soul of the bastard of the human emperor, Damon had gained his spatial magic, but he couldn't teleport to a place he had never visited before.

'What if I go there alone?' Derek pondered.
