"I really didn't expect that we would have such a fate," Chen Wei'er said with a smile.

"How is Teacher Chen?" Lu Haiying hadn't heard from the outside world for more than two years. She felt like she had been cut off from the world.

Chen Wei'er was deeply grateful for Lu Haiying's concern for her mother.
