บท 171: Missed Him

Tyler who was inside the room stepped out side to check on Sophia when he heard her raised voice.

"Is everything okay?" Tyler asked with concern.

"Give a minute, Van," Sophia said to Vanessa before looking at Tyler.

"Someone broke into the house last night," Sophia said.

Although she regretted leaving Vanessa in the house by herself, but she couldn't also say she regretted standing by her friend.

"Is she alright? I think you need to go home," Tyler told her before returning into the room.

"You know what? I'm coming home right away," Sophia said, and Vanessa smiled.

"Calm down, Sophia. I'm talking to you right now, right? Doesn't that tell you that I'm fine?" Vanessa asked trying to reassure her.

"I didn't call you to make you worried. I called to let you know I'm not at home...."

"What? He hurt you? Are you at the hospital right now? Tell me the name...."
