บท 94: Invitation.

A reunion?

Vanessa frowned as she ambled into the company's lobby, which was once again bustling with people clocking in for work before an upheaval from Alex Moore erupted for lateness and incompetence.

Vanessa wondered why she had received an invitation. Didn't she leave the class group chat immediately after graduation? Of course, she did. So, how then did anyone get her number to send her an invitation?

Deeply lost in thought, Vanessa distractedly walked towards the elevator. She jerked up when she suddenly bumped into someone, slightly causing her to sway. 

Hurriedly trying to get her footing, someone placed a hand on her arm and held her up. Vanessa snapped her head up to see the person who was holding her, and she was surprised to see it was Nate. 

He let go of his hand on her and stared at the person who was standing in front of Vanessa. Vanessa followed his gaze and that was when she realized who she had bumped into.
