In this world, the Beast Tamers have the final say in everything and they could order the Beast Research Masters to help them evolve their contracted beasts.

Moreover, for the Research Masters, to conduct their experiments, they need the help of the Beast Tamers who could venture deeper into the dangerous regions of the world to retrieve them.
