" Senior Sawyer, come with me," when Vanessa saw that Sawyer stopped to see what was going on with the female colleague, Vanessa called her causing Sawyer to jump up and squeak slightly before she scurried towards Vanessa and followed her out of the office. 

Once they were out Vanessa led them to the employees' resting lounge before whipping around and asking, " What is going on, Senior?" 

"Please call me Sawyer," said Sawyer as she tucked the lock of her brunette hair behind her ear and smiled at Vanessa. " I .. umm I am not much of a senior if you look at me carefully."
