The old man scratched his overgrown beard, habitually listening to what was being said. Trying to process what he was hearing, he nodded every few seconds showing he was still in the conversation.

Wenji explained to the man about his expenses were more than his profits. Urging him to leave the ever-debilitating business, but he always received the same answer.

"I'm greatly sorry, I cannot sell my business to you. I hope you don't hold my decisions against me'

"Gaaah! Senile old man, what the hell does this building have to do with you anyway! Why the hell can't you just give up dammit! Ahhhhhh" Wenji heard the same answer monotonously around a hundred times, so matter how much he told the old man his business was dying.
