So the help he was asking was actually for the downfall of the Hudson family.

Cyrus was busy with Susan in managing the biochemical weapon they had created around the world.

The one who took over the company while he was away was none other than Amanda.

Amanda and Hannah were good friends.

But when Georgia came for a job that he suggested to her father, she was instead made to fail miserably, even embarrassing their family.

Georgia had managed to get the evidence that it was a plot by her father's good friend and she gave Mister Hudson a call that she would return with evidence. Something the good friend heard and the event led to Georgia's death.
