Heather turned when she heard someone beside her, she was inwardly shock. Was she in too deep thought that she didn't realize someone had snuck up behind her?

No, it doesn't seem like she snuck up but that she was surely a seasonal veteran who has great movements.

"Calm down sweetheart. I am still a soldier, a long time one at that, so I can move without you realizing it."

Heather touched her cheek.

Was she that obvious?

The woman chuckled, "So can I accompany our birthday girl?"

"Oh, uhmmm yes. Please have a seat."

The woman smiled and sat opposite her.

"I am Katarina Murphy. I guess this is the first time that we are meeting one another."

"Nice to meet you, I am Heather Relish."

"Wife of Cyrus Porter, right?"

Heather's smile lessened, she didn't know the purpose of this person by approaching her.

"Don't worry, I have no other intention."
