"You see me again. I hope there are no new problems. Because your girlfriend's friend has made me unable to think about anything else for the past few days," said Gabriella, when welcoming William to her office.

"What happened to her?" asked the man. Gabriella pouted.

"I've never seen this before. The pregnancy went through something weird. Just a black lump that I can't describe in words."

William seems frowned when he heard Gabriella's explanation.

"Is it possible that the fetus died?"

"Big mistake. The fetus is alive, complete with heartbeat and ... I don't know, maybe the shape is invisible to me. Will ... I am an immortal as well as a doctor, I know about life in a woman's womb, at least I have the knowledge. And what Shana is going through … is really unusual."

Gabriella then turned to William who seemed to be watching her intently. But then she remembered that William had come for his own purposes.
