บท 90: In My Arms

Tyler's POV

"Dad, can you give this to Ara? I know she will like this," my daughter handed me a roll of paper, and I wondered what was inside, but I guessed it would be one of her drawings, and I was excited to see it knowing she had sketched Arabella again.

"Why do you wake up so early, Anika?" I asked my daughter as she climbed on my bed.

"Aunt Bianca told me last night that you would see Ara early this morning. I am excited about it, and I couldn't stop making a drawing for her; do you like it, dad?" She asked.

I smiled at her as I took out the elastic band and unrolled the paper; my eyes widened as I looked at the vivid image of Arabella, and as a father, I couldn't express the happiness I felt about my daughter's talent.

She only saw Ara twice, and I wondered what kind of magnetic force my ex possessed that my daughter couldn't stop thinking about her, and I couldn't deny Arabella has the type of allure that I find so hard to put into words.
