บท 111: Friction

"You met ELAINE!" Reia couldn't believe Echo had an encounter with the most wanted rebel. Even finding information that the military would have killed to have, especially since they would want to have it for themselves. 

"I wanted to take advantage of the situation and kill her, but I wasn't risking my or Jayde's life." Echo felt like he had many opportunities to kill Elaine, but even being near her was suffocating. 

"No, you did the right thing as I prefer to have you alive than kill someone we may have to never deal with." Reia agreed with the judgement of not even attempting as there are still many unknowns about Elaine. 

"Anyway, you also mentioned something important, that woman who runs the mall now." Reia picked up that the commander of the mall is someone relatively new which could be very beneficial.
