Sen rummaged through the endless list.
"what.....eggs, books, water, butt scratcher, table fan, coconut, burger, sword, knife system what is this endless list, is this list infinite"
"Answer:yes.... this list is infinite as there are infinite realities there are infinite things... the host can filter things that host requires or directly ask the system"

Chakra extraction!
A method to extract chakra by absorbing the, user unique chakra produced by every cell in the human body and passing it through the chakra pathways in body.
By using this method, one can increase his/her strength, chakra reserve, strengthen the meridians(chakra pathways).
This method is used untill the body started doing extraction on it's own.
Sen sat cross-legged on his bed and started practising.
Sen started connecting chakras from cells to the meridian. This was a work that required a fair amount of concentration.
Naturally when using chakra this process also occur but it is a slow process, the technique sen is using is best of the best because was provided by the system.
After practicing 2 hours straight sen was tired, he can feel that he has thrice the amount compared to last time.
After wiping the sweat on his body, he then lay on top of bed and said.
