Zuri's POV 

"You know I didn't turn into a nursemaid to have you die on me....I know I say I don't do love and I act all tough and independent but Anton, I have few people I care about deeply. Just a handful and you are one of them. You are my only friend....you are my best friend and if I was the kind of guy that says emotional things, I would say you are family to me....so don't die. We are going to get you help. Even the devil can get better" it was the most honest I had ever said to Anton.

As I was about to pull away, Anton grabbed my neck and for a delirious man, he had a very strong chokehold.

"Bloody turncoat! You are bad! I will kill you!" Anton said and his chokehold intensified.

I pried his hand away from my neck to prevent him from completely cutting off the flow of air to the rest of my body.

When I pulled away and went into a coughing fit, I saw Bailey standing behind me.
