บท 283: Prelude to a Terrible Clash

Marcius stood inside the silent void of the pocket dimension as all of his senses spread across the space. The heir of the Aemilia clan could easily feel and see that the excess life energy inside the dimension was nearing its limit of depletion and the runes that made up the pocket dimension were steadily doing their task to repair and stabilize the space and time factors.

Marcius moved his gaze toward the artifact in the very middle of this admittedly not very large space. It was not the Life Blood Urn. The urn had been long stored inside Marcius's storage ring in order to prevent it from spreading out even more life energy into the environment and creating more problems. Thus, the item currently spinning lazily at the center of the pocket space was the shield artifact of Marcius, Life Oath. As it spun around, the circular object was absorbing the life energy, that was located everywhere inside the domain, at an astonishing rate.
