บท 25: Chapter 25 First Mission
When elder Ju looked at Lu Jin, there was no contempt in his gaze, only sorrow and pity could be seen.
"In the Martial King Realm, the transformation of their life spirits brought forth the massive difference between them and Martial Prince Realm cultivators," elder Ju explained
"Elder Ju, what the difference between the Martial King Realm and the Martial Emperor Realm?" Xu Chan asked
"I don't really know the difference as no Martial Emperor has appeared in our academy ever since it creation, but the relics and old scripts we gotten from adventures and expeditions, it said that the difference is base also on their life spirits,. so you can see that the life spirit of a cultivator following the main path of cultivation is mandatory," elder Ju answered.
First time hearing this, Lu Jin was crying, yes, he was really crying, students seeing him will think that it was because he doesn't have a life spirit, but it was not. He was crying tears of joy, of excitement, of happiness and so on, the feeling of escaping a calamity was really exhilarating.

Although Lu Jin have not been able to harmonize with his life spirit, he has a feeling that the great sword life spirit, will be very heavy and inorder to use it, one must be physically strong, so cultivating in the Body Building techniques will do him good.
After three hours of lecture, elder Ju left, leaving the students to their own business.
"You are Lu Jin right, you becoming the representative of the sword hall and not having a life spirit is really a disaster for the sword hall, why don't you reject it, as you won't be able to sustain it for long," Gui Ao said as he came with two of his group members to where Lu Jin is sitting.
Seeing Gui Ao haughty attitude, Lu Jin showed no emotion as he replied, "how can one reject something he never had, even I can't reject something that isn't mine."

"And me not using a life spirit in any of my battles or not using it during my cultivation in the BODY TEMPERING REALM does not mean, I don't have a life spirit," Lu Jin said as he emphasized on the word body tempering realm.
"Does that means you have a life spirit?" Ao Daj asked after hearing what Lu Jin said
Not answering, Lu Jin stood up as he walked towards the door.
Seeing Lu Jin leaving without answering him, Ao Daj shouted, "ARE YOU JUST GOING TO LEAVE YOUR SENIORS HA....."
Not able to finish his words Ao Daj stopped, looking at the door, he was shocked and not only Ao Daj, all the students in the lecture hall was shocked while looking at the door.
Six sword phantoms were rotating behind Lu Jin, and each have different sizes, shapes and auras.
"That's his life spirit, it's a six attribute life spirit, only the wood element is not there,"
"Although they are students with six elements attribute and even seven element life spirit but he could still be counted among the top 50 students in over 5,000 students in the academy,"
"A genius indeed, no wonder he could reach the second part of the second stage of the gravity zone in the training hall."

Leaving the lecture hall, Lu Jin immediately left to pick a mission.
The mission hall is in the center of the academy, together with the Alchemy hall and Armoury hall.
The missions in the mission hall are placed by the elders of the sect, the students and by high ranking cultivators who need the help of the academy's students.
There are many missions, from searching for herbs or ores to killing of rogue cultivators and demonic beasts hiding in human cities.
"I should probably choose a mission that will get me a lot of energy stones and will be ok for me to handle as a rank two xiantian realm cultivator," Lu Jin said, looking through the mission board on the wall.
"Lu Jin long time no see, looks like you came for a mission also," Guang Chan said as he walked towards Lu Jin with some students.
"Guang Chan, it has only been two weeks and you are saying long time no see," Lu Jin replied
"Hahahahaha, compared to the time we spent in the outer academy rooms, it has really been a long time," Guang Chan said
"I heard that you joined the Water Elemental Hall, how has it been? Lu Jin asked seeking some inside information
"Well, the senior sisters has been giving me a really hard time, but the views I get is really worth the troubles. How about you, anything interesting?" Guang Chan asked.
"Not really, I normally see Tu Feng and attended one lecture that was really helpful," Lu Jin answered, not intending to elaborate.
"Junior brother Guang we got to hurry," a senior brother from the water elemental hall said, as he urges Guang Chan to hurry.
"Ok I coming," Guang Chan said to his senior brother, facing Lu Jin he said, "Lu Jin I will be going now, maybe I will see you later."
"Ok, goodbye," Lu Jin said
Focusing back to the mission board, Lu Jin focused on missions that have to do with Moon Night Forest.
After comprehending a Bloodthirsty type of sword intent, he could feel that his self created technique, *Massacre* is really lacking in artistic concepts.
To be able to bring his technique to the level of a Bloodthirsty sword intent, a massacre need to be carried out, so going on this mission, he have to choose a place that he can carry out a massacre and the Moon Night Forest was really the ideal place.
Bring the horn of a rank two demon commander (Rhinoceros), it's skin, it's tail and it's core.
Rewards:
1,500 Low grade energy stones
1,200 Academy's points.
For students below the fourth rank of xiantian realm.
Seeing the mission, Lu Jin accepted it.
Bring the blood and the lungs of a rank one demon commander (Python).

1,100 Low grade energy stones
1,000 Academy's points.
For students below the third rank of xiantian realm.
Energy Stones can be classified into five grades, they are:
1) Low grade
2) Middle grade
3) Top grade
4) Supreme grade
5) Ultimate grade
Currently, the Academy does not have a single Supreme grade energy stone.
1 middle grade energy stone could be traded for 5,000 Low grade energy stones.
Accepting both missions to acquire the body parts from the moon night forest, Lu Jin went to sign for the missions.
Seeing the missions Lu Jin chose, the elder stationed there asked, "are you going alone or with a group?"
Hearing the question the elder asked, Lu Jin knew he was going into the forest alone and not with a group, but, what the hell, how does it concern the elder, he replied, "I'm going with a group and not by self."
"Ok, be careful and comeback safe," the elder said as he went back to what he was doing before Lu Jin came.
After signing his name, Lu Jin left the mission room, moving towards the gate of the academy, Lu Jin descended down the mountain with caution.
"Yes I lied, but you should reason with me, what benefits will I gain if I said I was hunting alone,"
"It doesn't matter, you were saying that the elder have no business with your mission but you still lied with a straight face,"
"I don't care what you deem right, I will work only for my benefits in this ruthless world,"
Have you come to a point that you start talking to yourself and arguing with yourself? That is what I, Lu Jin, is passing through. But it not a bad thing, it helps me reason from two different angles and view points, in doing so, I avoid unnecessary problems.
Reaching the Forest, Lu Jin knew that it won't be like last time when he was brought for the annual competition, where only demon soldiers and newly advance demon commanders were allowed.
"Massacre doesn't have to do with how strong the ones that are killed are, it is feeling the expressions, the emotions, the blood, the smell, the moment and the excitement brought by it," Lu Jin said, after comprehending a Bloodthirsty sword intent, his understanding to killing, massacre and slaughter had increased and his ability to kill, massacre and slaughter has increased.
He said, "I hear cultivators saying, *to kill without emotion, slaughter without feeling, massacre until you are standing on a mountain of corpses and not feeling anything makes one a Bloodthirsty Demon,* but base on my understanding of being bloodthirsty, I will say, *to kill with emotions, to slaughter with feelings, to massacre until you form a mountain of corpses while feeling every death, every scream, every curse, every plead, every hate in their gaze and still having the urge to continue killing, to continue slaughtering, to continue massacring, now that makes one a Bloodthirsty Demon*."
After almost a week in xiantian realm, Lu Jin can now harmonize with his life spirit.
Harmonizing with the lighting attribute sword spirit, Lu Jin rushed towards the park of wolves at his front.
