บท 48: Announcement

Hey guys, I hope all you are doing well. I am doing a lot better now. The reason for my stress was because I was about to travel to a new country. Philippines to be exact, I am a med student. It's been 5 days in the new country and so far I am enjoying my time here. My classes still have yet to start. But once they do the class schedule is going to be hectic, so I don't know how much longer I will be able to keep this up, but I will try to continue, which brings be back here. So I wanted to upload this because I will be back in 2 days. I was going to upload today, but I need some help. I don't know if there is someone who knows, but I am going to ask anyway. Does anyone know about the American laws about arrest. Like I know they can arrest on probable cause but what if they don't have that then what they do? Please help me on this cause I need to write it for Isaac in the next chapter. Thank you
