บท 173: The Gala 4

"Matt, are you all right?" Lily asked Matthew. She saw Matthew as if he was holding something back. Matthew's teeth chattered. His jaw clenched, and he gripped the leather chair on which he was sitting so tightly that the skin peeled off.

"Go faster, Chris," Lily asked.

Chris obeyed Lily's orders and immediately increased the speed of the car he was driving. Lily, nervous seeing Matthew looking in pain, finally decided to contact Sigmund.

"Sigmund, I need help," Lily cried as soon as Sigmund answered the call.

"What's wrong, Lily? You sound panicked?" said Sigmund.

"Matthew." Lily looked at Matthew, who was next to her. "He looks in pain."

"Where are you guys?" Sigmund asked. 

"We're on our way to the hotel. Not far from the town hall," Lily answered.

"Send me your room numbers. I'll follow." Sigmund hung up his phone with Lily.
