Barbara's fanatical supporters were simply dismissed by Sarah. So, she breathed a sigh of relief after escaping from their pursuit.
Then, Barbara quickly entered Good Hunter's restaurant carrying a small milk bottle bought from Sarah.
The restaurant was mostly empty, with only a few customers inside.
Barbara trotted her way to the second floor without making any noise.
After arriving, she yawned cutely. She looked tired and sleepy.
Last night, she didn't have time to rest because she was busy treating the wounded in the church.
Then, she came out early in the morning to oversee the extent of the disaster in the city. So, she didn't have any spare time to rest.
Barbara opened a small bag that she was carrying and couldn't help showing a distressed expression after seeing the content inside, "I forgot to bring a spicy drink..."
Then, she pulled out two packages of spicy dried fish and started munching on them.
But not long after, she took it back into the pouch because she lacked the appetite.
So, she boringly sat on a chair and started drinking milk from the bottle.
After finishing the drink, drowsiness swept over her body. She looked like she would fall asleep anytime soon.
"Brother Jason should still be asleep, right?"
After muttering, she walked up to the attic skillfully.
Then, she opened the main bedroom door. She was very familiar with this place, after all.
Inside the room, she saw Jason sleeping soundly on the bed.
"Brother Jason sleeps so well..."
Barbara muttered enviously and couldn't help walking inside in light steps. Then, she put her Vision and a small pouch that she was carrying on the table beside the bed.
After doing so, she glanced at the sleeping figure on the bed.
She couldn't help yawning again after seeing him sleep so well.
So, she simply kicked off her shoes, laid down on the soft and expensive-looking mattress beside him, and quickly fell asleep due to the warm and cozy feeling.
When Barbara fell asleep, Jason opened his eyes.
He looked at Barbara's tired and sleepy face with some distress. Barbara's little hands clenched the sheets tightly.
"Is she so tired?" Jason gently stroked her head.
After thinking about it, he carried her closer to him, covered the quilt, and continued sleeping.
Barbara's breathing soon returned normal, and her painful expression slowly melted into a smile. She looked like she had a good dream.

Jason slept contentedly.
When he woke up and found Barbara sleeping beside him, he was instantly in a good mood.

After cooking, Jason served them with freshly-made Jewelry Soup and Cold Cut Platter.
Paimon looked at the dishes in front of her and couldn't wait to bite the meat and pour a mouthful of hot soup.
So, she started eating the food joyfully.
"It's delicious~" Paimon turned around and said excitedly. After speaking, she resumed her eating journey.
"Uh-huh..." Lumine also nodded and started eating in small bites, but her eating speed was obviously faster.

Sarah saw that customers from outside and inside had finished eating and left their plates on the table. So, she had some time to spare for lunch.

"Jason, Master Jean asked us to come to her place, " Lumine also remembered something.
"Well, I guess it's mostly to thank us..."
Then, he added, "We'll go over there later. Maybe Jean will give us some rewards for our hard work yesterday..."
