Instantly Rose's heart hardened when she read all the direct messages sent by Noah a few hours ago. It's midnight at Astington time. And now, it's dawn over there. 

Rose was confused about whether to call him now or wait till the first light came. She believes, right now, Brother Noah is still asleep.
