บท 158: Sad

Evan was shocked when she could feel the girl's body shaking. He immediately looked at her and pulled her into his arms. He holds her thigh, trying to comfort her. 

"Rose!? W-why are you crying?" Did he just say something that hurt her heart? Evan worries. What's more, her cries are getting loud. 

"Sorry, Rose… I'm so sorry if my words made you sad. But please stop crying. My heartfelt ache to see you cry like this…." Evan releases his embrace. He was trying to wipe her tears, but to his surprise, the girl suddenly smiled amid her tears. 

What happened? Why does she suddenly smile?

"Evan, I cried because I was too happy to hear your flattery words..." Rose can't help but smile when she sees how panicked Evan is.

"Huh! Shouldn't you be smiling? But, why are you crying?" Evan is perplexed.
