"I didn't know you were getting married soon. Where are my manners? Congratulations Vincenzo. I wish you a happy married life," she chuckled and took a sip from her drink.

"You know I'm not getting married. Drop the act," he replied in a similar tone.

"But if you are, I can see why you went for her,"

"What do you mean by that?" He asked curiously

"I mean, look at her. She's like a dog on a leash. Throw her a few toys, which in this case could also be a crumb of attention, and she'll be at your mercy. Very suitable," she patted his arms patronizingly.
