The Abyss in and on itself doesn't have a certain definition, but in the bible, it is a common reference to a great bottomless pit where demons and evil souls are imprisoned, with its keys in the hand of the Angel/Demon known as Abbadon, and it is the place from which the Beast will emerge and in which he shall be sealed. It is also commonly believed to be another name for the Underworld, the realm of the dead and demonic beings.
But in the Kabbalah, Da'at, a synonym of both knowledge and the abyss, is an unofficial 11th sephirot where all the other 10 meet of the tree of life meet, but it is not truly one of them. Properly, Daʻat is not a sefirah, but rather is all ten sefirot united as one. Nevertheless, Daʻat is sometimes counted as a sefirah instead of Keter, from the perspective of finite creation, using Daʻat to represent the "reflection of" (the "inner dimension" of) the infinity of Keter. Thus, Daʻat appears in the configuration of the sefirot along the middle axis, directly beneath Keter. It corresponds to the image of God.
Thinking about this, it is indeed ironic, when you consider the fact that the Qliphoth, is also known as the tree of the Underworld, and the fact that in the ritual, all 10 angels, representing the 10 Sephirot indeed joined in one point and entered in harmony, for this ritual.
As for the Deep, well, it is a more broad concept. The Deep, also known as Tehom, was the mythological cosmic ocean of Bible cosmology, covering the earth until God created the firmaments to divide it into upper and lower portions and reveal the dry land. The world has been protected from the cosmic ocean( In this case the dimensional gap) ever since by the solid dome of the firmament. In this sense, it is often compared to the Sumerian's Tiamat. It is the region in which the biblical monstrosity known as Leviathen resides, or in other interpretations, it is the same as the Leviathen, which is considered as the symbol of water. Also, in the Kabbalah, Tehom is also mentioned as the first of seven "Infernal Habitations" that correspond to the ten Qliphoth.
Generally speaking, considering all the ritual and my domains, I should have fallen the moment I became an angel. My domains aren't supposed to be held by an angel, for lording over them is the equivalent to saying that you're equal to God, but my own system seems to have overpowered God's system which wasn't that surprising, and made it so that I can't Fall no matter what I do or represent. And so, I can be considered to have many titles: Abbadon, the holder of the blueprint of creation, that which is closest to God( Which makes me have a relation to Lucifer since that was his title).
I was broken out of my musings when I heard the kids calling.
" Hey Samuel, let's have a spar again. This time we will be going all out. It will be me, Siegfried, Jeanne and Asia against you" said Lint, as the other kids nodded. Looking at them, I couldn't help but feel nostalgic, it just felt like yesterday when they were still the little ducklings following me around, now both Lint and Siegfried are already graduating and becoming officiall exorcists.
Yes, it's been 3 years since my ascent as an angel, with my outings to do missions with Dulio were too easy, considering that between me and him, no being weaker than Satan-class would actually hope to survive, so i mostly used them as means to get experience in death battles, limiting myself to just my normal exorcist skills and equipment, like my light sword, gun and holy sacraments of the lower spectrum, and even then it was still an overkill.
But with those missions, I was able to travel around, see all kind of sights and experience the supernatural in different places. Dulio seemed to have started developing his dream to experience all food and to share it with all orphans. As for me, we'll I was busy trying to explore, map out and discover the ins and outs of the Tepes vampire faction in Romania.
From what I was able to gather, thanks to controlling one of the noble vampires using one of my latest created Titan-class ( Equivalent to Satan-class) beasts, I was able to see that Valerie hasn't awakened her sacred gear yet, but Gasper was already gone so I was a little confused, but this just helps me since no one really cares about her as she is being imprisoned and her soul wasn't in any danger of collapsing for the moment.
After close to half a year of mapping the internal power and structure, I was able to see that the strongest person in there, King Tepes is just a Mid-ultimate class being, the only problematic thing is their absurd regeneration, shadow and blood manipulation. But, I don't plan on fighting really, I just plan to sneak in, at the middle of the night where the barrier will be at its weakest. Use the Vampire I controlled to infiltrate when the security is at its lowest, reach Valerie and get out of there with teleportation. They will be enraged sure, but they won't really make a fit out of it or make it public since they don't want to seem weak and they don't really care about her.
Releasing my thought acceleration that I have become used to, I nodded at Lint before saying.
" Sure, in fact I have a better idea. Since I can't really go all out without actually destroying everything why don't we take this to heaven and I will have you all fight one of my stronger beasts." to which they excitedly nodded. Even though this wasn't their first time visiting heaven, since I often took them there to sight see, they always get excited about it. I stood up and materialised a magic circle beneath all of us before teleportating to the first heaven.
Heaven as a realm is devised to 7 layers, the first one is where low level Angels and, in the future, reincarnated angels resides. The second one is a darkness filled with twinkling stars, which actually acts as a prison. The third one is where the spirits of the dead resides, a place Dulio always frequents. The fourth is the fabled garden of Eden. The fifth, which was the house of the original 20 Grigori was now filled with manufactures and research facilities. The sixth, Zebel, is where the 10 Seraphs currently resides, and it is where the diagram of the Tree of Life is. Lastly, the 7th heaven, where God used to reside, only the 4 Great Seraphs are allowed there. We now where currently in the 1st heaven, in a secluded area, the kids were preparing while I was thinking about which beast should I use before deciding to go with one of the weaker ones.
" Alright are you all ready?" I asked to which they nodded without talking, each focusing fully, Lint has took out her moddified exorcist weapons, Siegfried has taken out only Gram for the moment, Asia is just holding a beautiful spear that is fully covered with Hebrew words and enchantments, Jeanne just materialised a rapier as she made some swords float around her.
" Alright let's get this started" Saying so, my shadow swelled incredibly quickly as it expand to allow something big to come out of it. And jumping from it, is a bicorn-like beast having glowing purple eyes, black-colored skin, purple fire-like mane and has glowing plate-shaped armor floating around its neck. It was running in the air and neighing. This is AL-NASL MINIUM, a familiar of the 4th progenitor, a vampire from another world, this beast is capable of producing and manipulating sound. It is able to create sound quakes and waves. It can tear molecules at an atomic scale by emitting high-frequency vibrations from it's entire body.
" Alright guys have fun" Saying so I gestured to AL-NASL MINIUM to begin before telporting away.

As soon as Samuel departed, the giant horse let out a scream that tore through the air as if it was a bullet, this is a famous technique of sound manipulation, sound scream. As the attack continued to advance towards the kids, the first to take action was Jeanne as she called out.
" Balance breaker: Stake Victim Dragon!" to which an amalgamation of holy swords manifested just in time for the attack to reach and cause an explosion strong enough to tear through multiple buildings. As the smoke disappeared several bullets flew from it aiming at the monster that didn't even bother moving and just emitted a counter vibrating frequency to that of the bullets making them disappear.
But just as it saw the destruction of the bullets, 2 people, one holding 2 swords while the other holding a spear came dashing to surround it, to which it responded by emitting a sound wave to the ground causing a mini earthquake, but it seemed ineffective as both of them jumped just in time to avoid it and be in the distance to strike it. The moment the strikes reached a certain distance, it seemed to have been blocked by a white transparent bubble around the horse, which they quickly recognised as solidified vibrations. At the same time the horse neighed and kicked the air facing them causing a crack in the to appear and a shock wave to blast them away.
As it looked up from these 2, it was able to see the stream of swords and bullets that have been trying to reach it but kept getting destroyed, and the quickly charging dragon coming at it. It huffed a little before kicking the air, which didn't cause any damage but instead, it started running in the air, vibrating itself and the surroundings causing the temperature to quickly begin rising.
Feeling this, Lint and Asia materialised some barriers and screamed "Sieg!!" to which he responded by summoning a third arm holding a blue sword which he waved around causing blocks upon blocks of ice to materialise, which did lower the temperature but they were quickly melting. Seeing this Jeanne pointed at the horse that was circling around them in the sky which made her dragon look up and fire light beam and made swords of different attributes to come flying at it, and from the opposite direction a giant outburst of demonic energy manifested as Siegfried unleashed the full power of Gram, causing his life span to start getting sapped even though he was avoiding most of the blackash.
Seeing the 2 attacks coming, and that the 2 other participants are acting as a defensive shield, the horse's eyes seemed to glow before lifting it's horn a little causing a white bubble to manifest at its tip and then striking down at the incoming attacks, when the 3 attacks met a powerful blast occurred capable of destroying a town, yet strangely, the shockwaves seems to dissipate quickly after reaching a certain range.
As the smoke cleared and the horse descended, it looked down upon the 4 kids who were barely able to stand, they had some varying degrees of injuries that were quickly healing due to the green light surrounding them but it looks like they are out of breath, as most can't even seem to stand up. After which, a light seemed to manifest out of nowhere and from which Samuel appeared floating, with 10 wings and a halo above his head.
" Well then, I hope you enjoyed and learned valuable lessons from this sparring session" he said, but seeimg that they actually lost consciousness he just sighed a little and started petting his horse which seemed to quite enjoy it, as he thought.
' Maybe I should have just left it fight them while giving orders instead of remotely controlling it, but meh where is the fun in that' looking at the destruction around he raised his hands causing mist to start appearing as from his shadow, a silver crayfish with blue flames on it's claws appeared and causing all the damage to become ethereal which seemed to look as if time was reversed as the area around was clean from any sign of battle. This beast is NATRA-CINEREUS, also another one of the 4th progenitor familiars, it is capable to render anything ethereal by producing mists, and is even capable of warding off reality manipulation, even if just temporarily.
Seeing all of this, Samuel nodded, demarterialised both his monsters and teleported the sleeping bunch of children back, since he was busy to accompany them. As he took a mission to Madrid from which, he will be taking finally implementing his plan to stea-*ahem* rescue Valerie Tepes.
