"I'm staying here to accompany Grandfather. You and Xu Jiao can go back by yourselves," Qiao Mei said.

"How are we going back if you don't send us?" Xu Ju asked angrily.

"There's public transport outside! Do you need me to teach you how to use it?" Xia Jun said sternly.

Xu Ju did not want to have any direct conflict with Xia Jun. She still needed to rely on Xia Jun with regard to the Xu family's matters in the future. She could not provoke this "living ancestor" of the Xia family.
