บท 1264: Divide up the Tasks

There was a time when Zou Ming and Xia Zhe went on a mission together. That particular mission was very dangerous and they lost three of their comrades at the end of it. Zou Ming's family was so scared that they recalled him back.

Zou Ming was his family's only son. They did not need Zou Ming to do very well in life and just wanted him to be safe and sound. In the end, Zou Ming was transferred back to his hometown to work as a police officer.

In the beginning, Zou Ming kept feeling indignant and thought that he should not be stuck in such a small role. It was a waste of his time. He had grand ambitions and great ideals, so how could he let them go to waste in such a place! It got to a point when Zou Ming often drank alone. During that period of time, he was often drunk and was always criticized by his superiors.
