The notification rang inside Marcus' head. A smile spread across his face. He didn't need to locate an Alchemist; he had a better option: Aiden!

"I have just the person in mind, Grand Wizard!" Marcus said with a smile, "I will send a notice for him to arrive shortly; please send a message to the guards."

Malignus stared at the Viscount oddly for a moment before nodding, "What is his name? I shall advise the guards at once!"

"His name is Uleguerand." Marcus said before sending a message to Aiden asking if he could come to the Imperial Palace immediately.

Malignus exited the room momentarily, issuing an order to a servant before returning to the room, "You wanted to meet with the King?" He asked, prompting Marcus to nod.

"I had some questions for him and wanted to seek some guidance." Marcus ominously replied.
