“That all you got?” I yelled out, noticing Star’s forehead wrinkle at my words. My best bet was to rile them up. If they got angry, they’d get sloppy. That was how I would win.

“I’m going to kill you,” she threatened, snarling.

That’s when I saw it, her grip loosened slightly on her sword as she charged towards me faster.

I smirked, running towards her. Her eyes narrowed, noticing I was heading right towards her.

I cocked back my hand, landing a powerful punch to the werewolf cornering me from the left. He staggered back, attempting to balance himself before falling.

Star dropped her guard for a brief second, allowing me to swipe the sword from her hand. I flipped the sword in my hand, using the butt of it to land a hard hit in her stomach. Elder Hana never said I couldn’t steal weapons from the others.
