"Grandma was not pleased," Lang chuckled, "So she ended up giving her blessings for them to date and get married since he was the only heir to the place."

"That's why she's not in most photos compared to our grandfather," Teng added, "She passed away a few years ago. Our grandfather and Xieran run the resort now. She became the heir since I declined the offer."

"You declined it?" Zhou raised his eyebrow in shock.
