Hestia let out a loud scream when she updated Lili and Haruhime's new stats. Seeing this Primis twitched slightly, and he knocked her head.

Primis narrowed his eyes and won't deny that. His limit is 3,000 stats per level. 3,000 means 3 max Level Adventurers. Then there are 5 stats means 15 max level Adventurers. On top of that, 5x penalty. Means 5 x 15 = 75. So, at every level the amount of Excelia he needs is equal to 75 max Level Adventures of same level.
Since Primis was someone who just kept on doing one thing after another without much rest, it's not a big problem. However, that's not the case for others. If someone told you that the Excelia you need to max your current level is compared to the 75 Adventurers of same level, then that person will definitely go insane. That time that person would rather prefer being a civilian than an Adventurers.
As for why Primis was able to reach Level 2 in few months, it's because its "Level 1". Hence the Excelia it required to reach next Level was a lot less compared to higher levels.
And for his permanent Members, there limit is 2,000 stats per level with Three times/3x penalty. So, 2,000 means 2 same level max Adventurers. Since there are five stats means 10 same level max Adventurers. And with Three times/3x penalty means 3 x 10 = 30. So, they need 30 same level max Adventurers worth Excelia. Less than half of what Primis needs.
Primis shook his head and put it at the back of his head for now.
Primis: Anyway, I gave you three days to complete the manufacturing of their weapons. However, since they reach Level 2 in two days instead of three, I won't take them to dungeon tomorrow. I have something else in mind. After that they can relax for rest of the day.
Hestia came out of her thoughts and nodded. She was worried that Primis will told her to increase their Level. Now that he even said that he will let them rest tomorrow, Hestia took a sigh of relief. She then smiled and turned to Lili and Haruhime.
Hestia: Lili. Haruhime. I don't know what Primis planned for both of you tomorrow, but I am sure he will let you both rest more. So, during that time rest properly and don't start training on your own. Just rest, ok?

Primis: Alright, one more thing. There are two more people who will join your Familia. They are currently in "Raven Sight". Once you will return, given them your blessings.
