บท 135: No Winners

As Chau Zhimen and Alchemist Ren prayed to heaven that the fault lies in the other, Jiang Ming was busy calculating in his mind.

'What a damn blunder?' He cursed silently. 'These two faggots actually produced a good result. Now how am I supposed to explain that the flawless recovery pill was consumed by me already?'

He had consumed the pill due to the smack from Qi Shan, and there was no backup pill. Hence, he couldn't announce a winner even though it was clear who had won.

'Chau Zhimen might have refined a 99% purity, but the quantity was far from catching up with Little Ren's quantity. Thus, Little Ren should be the winner, but I don't have the pill.' Jiang Ming rubbed his chin, seemingly in deep thought.

Meanwhile, his complexion was mistakenly misinterpreted by both Alchemist Ren and Chau Zhimen.

'Is the result really that close that even the Master is having a hard time determining a winner?' Alchemist Ren wondered silently.
