Scott tried his best to pull himself up and leaned his back to the headboard as he forced himself to reach for Rayzel's cheeks to wipe her tears.

"No, my love. It wasn't your fault, okay? Please stop crying." He said softly as he wiped the tears running from both of her cheeks. "Shhh…shhh."

"How can I let myself be careless and not paying attention to my surroundings." She continued as she kept blaming herself. "That stupid culprit was after me!" She screams while pointing at herself…trembling.

All her life, she had imprinted in her head that she will never cry, as crying is only for those who are weak and clearly she isn't. But look at her now, she couldn't stop her tears from falling every time her eyes would look into his wound.
