บท 117: The Injustices

A smile played on Laura's face when she received the message of being able to operate her clinic again. She was visited by the lawyer, saying that no issue was found, and he added in an apology as well.

Of course, this did mean that Kayden recognized his mistake, and for three days straight, she waited for his word of sorry. But none came. He didn't even contact her.

This irritated her more than she had anticipated. 

Nonetheless, at the same time, she booked a ticket to another country. A resort was newly built there, and amongst the people, it could be considered a hot topic.

Everyone started to make plans of visiting the resort, and this made her curious. Wanting to see what was so great about the place, she started the preparations for the trip.

Making such an abrupt decision for the first time, Laura felt the rush of excitement.

Meanwhile, she decided to keep the clinic closed.
